As a small batch ceramic business, we prioritise exceptional quality control. We emphasise that each item is meticulously handmade and painted, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece. Due to this we don't offer refunds or exchanged for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully. 

We take pride in our meticulous packing process, making sure your items arrive in pristine condition, however if your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at hello@slothfulcreations.com.au as soon as your order arrives so we can assess the situation and work to rectify any issues.
