Shipping policy

Australia

We offer Australia wide shipping at a fixed cost of $11 per order for standard parcel post. All our orders are shipped via Australia Post and you will be provided with a tracking number. Your orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

United States 

We’re pleased to let you know that shipping to the United States has resumed. Due to the 10% tariff, we’ve made the difficult decision to increase product prices by 10% for our US customers to cover the tariff Slothful Creations is required to pay.

The price you see at checkout is the final amount, there are no additional charges. Slothful Creations pays the tariff directly on our end.

International 

We currently offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. International delivery typically takes 6–28 days, with a more detailed estimate provided at checkout.

While we take great care in packing your order, Slothful Creations cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, as well as any import taxes or duties required by their country.

We’re planning to open shipping to more countries in the future. If your country isn’t currently available, please reach out to us, we’ll do our best to make shipping to your location possible.
